ECLECTIC SCHOOL OF HERBAL MEDICINE
Peer Support and Clinical Mentorship
The practice of clinical herbalism in the modern world is complicated, and it’s impossible to learn everything you’ll need to know in even the best herbal medicine programs. The Eclectic School of Herbal Medicine provides lifelong clinical support and mentorship to its residency program graduates. This Peer Support and Clinical Mentorship offering is designed to support graduates of other clinical herbal programs.

What It Looks Like
If you have graduated from a clinical herbal program and you have a tough case you can email an introduction, SOAP notes (with identifying personal information removed) and your questions about the case to mentorship@eclecticschoolofherbalmedicine.com. Thomas will look over the case and questions, and record a video talk through and recommendations for next steps. In the process any areas of understanding that might use improvement will be noted, and educational resources recommended. This asynchronous process is a convenient way for active practitioners to gain relevant real-world insights an ongoing education. Live online mentoring isn’t included in this offering but will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Case review recordings will be delivered within a week.
