This six-part webinar series will prepare you to assess and correct nutrient deficiencies.

Diet is the foundation of health. Understanding how nutrients are utilized in the body, and how to assess nutrient deficiencies and recommend appropriate dietary changes, forms the basis for an empowered client health model.

Class 1 covers the role of carbohydrates in the body including:
