Community Connections

Botany Everyday

Marc Williams

Marc Williams is an exceptional human as well as a very talented ethnobotanist. For the past few years, our students have had the pleasure of meandering around the mountain with Marc, as he explored the plant/ human connection with them in the most unique fashion.

The central focus of Marc’s work is to carry on the legacy of his dear friend and mentor Frank Cook, through organizing and speaking for Plants and Healers International and Botany Everyday.

Plants and Healers International’s mission is to carry on Frank Cook’s work– passionately connecting humans, around the globe, to the multi-faceted life of plants and nature. PHI’s website is an interactive platform for people to dig deeper into the writings of Frank Cook, along with many other diverse resources provided for those who are interested in ethnobotany and sustainable living practices.

Botany Everyday is a continuation of this work, and is directed and ran by Marc Williams.

Marc Williams currently teaches classes and workshops throughout the world. If you have not had the opportunity to sit in on one of his classes or seminars, we would definitely recommend it. There are several ways in which you can connect with Marc and support what he is doing for our community. If you would like more information please check out as well
